2. Services Provided

Legacy QR offers custom QR code products, including:

  • QR Memory Plaques and Photo Frame QR Codes that link to digital memorial pages.
  • Digital Memorial Pages: Users can upload media such as photos, videos, and voice notes to create a personalized memorial page for loved ones or pets.
  • Lifetime Access: Each memorial page is available for life, with options to keep the page private or make it public.
  • Customization: Users can update or edit their memorial page content as needed.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Process: Orders for QR Memory Plaques, Photo Frames, and other products must be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are additional and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@legacyqr.co.za.
  • Lost or Stolen QR Code Replacement: For lost or stolen QR Memory Plaques, we offer a one-time replacement at a 20% discount. This applies only to QR Plaques and does not extend to other products like keychains or photo frames.

4. Delivery

  • Shipping: We aim to dispatch your order within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • International Shipping: Additional fees and extended delivery times apply to international orders. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Digital Memorial Pages

  • Content Guidelines: Users must ensure that any content uploaded to their digital memorial page complies with our content policy. Content should be respectful and not infringe upon any third-party rights.
  • Media Options: Memorial pages can include:
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Voice notes
  • Text descriptions and stories
  • Privacy Settings: You can choose whether your digital memorial page is public or private. Public pages can be viewed by anyone who scans the QR code, while private pages require a login.
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Legacy QR a license to host, display, and distribute your content through the memorial page.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided if a product is defective or if there was an error in the order. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Product Warranty: We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
  • Limitation of Liability: Legacy QR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product.
